This paper describes the process of developing management to become respectable Top Executives and Executive Officers with "noblesse oblige". "Noblesse oblige" had permeated various communities in the past. Unfortunately, Japanese society has experienced a decline in spreading these traditions due to several factors. This paper shows trial approaches of renewal with "KEIEIDO" which applies Japanese traditional training concepts to management development. These concepts include the way of training both mind and body by letting them walk along the Royal Road, which is stated in Japanese as "TEIOUGAKU" in this paper. On this road, people used to think the right concepts and to do the right things. They could manage every aspect of their life appropriately with this philosophy and aesthetics. It should be pointed out that it is the most important point when they make difficult decisions which will maintain mobility and will vitalize members in the organization.
