The urgent needs for establishing business process reengineering and high performance culture are discussed in this paper. Younger generations of workers are abandoning outdated loyalty-to-firm concepts. Fair and accountable evaluation system will be necessary to bridge the gap between company objectives and employee desires. However, employees with professional qualities should be regarded as a treasure instead of a resource. At the same time, strategic generalists should be developed as executives who can initiate changes among employees for employability by improving on organizational culture and climate and making use of these assets. They should be developed as professionals for improving communication, training colleagues, leading innovation and managing risks. They are expected to establish organizations with passion, self-culture, and teamwork in addition to diverse programs.
