The purpose of this paper is to emphasize the importance of cooperation between junior high schools and colleges of technology in the field of English teaching as well as educational activities in general. Firstly, this paper analyzes the present educational situations in both schools and the errors in the writing test conducted in Toyota National College of Technology and Miwa Junior High School, for which the present authors Motonobu Suzuki and Haruo Ninomiya work respectively. Then it mentions a teaching method shared by Suzuki and Ninomiya, followed by each author's teaching practice with this method. Finally it refers to the outcome and the prospects of this study.
