The same contents of questionnairing were conducted on students to be nutritionist before and after making seven kinds of microbial experiments for sanitation, and effects of sanitary education were investigated.Guidance of hand-washing, examination of contamination degree at hand, examination to detect Staphylococcus sp. from the surface of body were effective on sanitary education for hand-washing.The results of sanitary examination of dish towel by washing method suggested that dish towels using at home were not necessarily sanitary. However, these results were not effective on sanitary education for handling of dish towel.Therefore, it is necessary to investigate method of experiment. Experiments to detect Staphylococcus sp. and Salmonella sp. from marketing foods were effective on sanitary education for using chopping board properly on each foodstuff.Sanitary education was not effective for unconsciously touch head, hair, pierced earrings. Seven kinds of microbial experiments for sanitation were effective on sanitary education for hand-washing and handling of chopping board but were ineffective to acquire a sense of hygiene.
