We report a case of 72-year old woman with choangiocarcinoma recurred at the site of percutaneous transhepatic cholangio drainage (PTCD) one year and 4 months after surgical resection. During three courses of chemotherapy of cisplatin (CDDP) and 5-fluorouracil (5FU) the tumor gradually dwindled. Further, the patient received uracil and tegafur (UFT) orally for 4 years. She is without disease 4 years after the recurrence.
