German society underwent various changes in the process of industrialization and urbanization. these social changes exerted extremely great influence upon woman who had been limited in their social rights. Technological renovation brought about changes in the production methods and separation between residential deistricts and producing ones. In addition, it altered family and social human relations, especially in the fact that it shifted a large part of the woman's labor force from the house. Woman of the civil-middle-class, who either had lived idle lives or had been engaged in small productive activity at home, faced the prospect of having to work outside their homes whether they liked it or not, and this led to their asking for social freedom and rights. Woman who belonged to "Evangelish-Sozialen-Kongress" regarded women's liberation as "becoming equal, "and demanded equality with men. In other words, they called for expanded employment opportunities and also a correspondingly increased participation in education(both vocational and university) needed to deal this expansion. Thus, woman of the civil-middle-class, moving in accordance with the ups and downs of a drastically changing society, came to enter new occupations. It remains to be determined whether the idea of women's liberation and equality, ripening in "Evangelisch-Sozialen Kongress, "led to the process of a new social revolution through the launching of women into society and their working there , it will probably be revealed by analysing the formation og the new social stratification, especially the white-collar Stratum (Ange-stellten), and women's participation.
