柏市における土地利用の変容について

The aim of this study is to clarify the condition and the transfiguration of land use in case of Kashiwa city. It was shown by quantitative analysis of the land use change that the direction of land use is mainly to housing lot. Expanding of urban area has been achieved by the diversion from the unused land to the residential land. And the urbanized region is almost not converted to other usages. The urbanization is advanced like the concentric cir-cle from the center part in the town. However, multi-occupied zone of the land use is caused in the surrounding area because the urbanization doesn't advance thoroughly.
