This paper aims to clarify the differences of purpose between people who visit the commercial facilities in the central area of Kashiwa city. We clarify the relationship between visitation purpose and visit place. In analysis of clarifying the relationship, factor analysis and covariance structural analysis are performed using the result of questionnaire survey for visitor to Kashiwa city. The analysis results showed that there is a close relationship to rendezvous and department store, mundane purpose and supermarket. In a similar way, we clarify relationship between choice criterion and visit place. The analysis results showed that there is a close relationship to accessibility and supermarket.
