Conforti, in 1910, reported a Gase of lymphoendothelioma, Rigano-Irrera in 1925, a case of lymphangioma, and Marcandier and Thomas in 1930 a case of lymphangioma, Thompson, in 1936, a lymphangioma, one case have been seen at the Yokota Clinic as fallows. A man, aged 37 years, came to the Clinic February 21, 1937, complaining of a lump in the right testis which he first had noted 17 years previously. It had never been, painful and there were no ather complaints. A diagnosis of epididymistumor was made and operation was advised. The tumor measured 2-3×1,5×0,7 cm and on Microscopic examination proved to be a lymphangioma simplex and cavernosum.
