Relationship between Degree of Dynamic Morphological Change and Proliferative Potential of Murine Embryonic Stem Cells(CELL AND TISSUE ENGINEERING)

The degree of dynamic morphological change of murine embryonic stein cells is investigated through direct observation by microscopy. As a result, we find that the degree of dynamic morphological change is proportional to the increase in the ratio of the cellular population in subculture.
