We present a proof showing that proposed running approximation based on FIR filter banks minimizes various time-limited but arbitrary wide range measures of error of approximation at the same time. As applications, the optimum transmultiplexer is presented that is useful to make the optimum multicast broadband system having given FIR filter bank at receiver-side.
