Exploring the neutrino mass matrix at M_R scale(Seesaw and leptogenesis,Flavor Mixing, CP Violation and Origin of Matter)

We discuss effects of the radiative correction on neutrino mass matrix. We consider a class of neutrino mass matrix such as V_<13> is zero at the scale M_R where the mass matrix is induced by the seesaw mechanism and find the relation among the mixing angle between 1st and 2nd generation at M_R, the absolute values of neutrino mass, and the phase of mass at high energy scale M_R. The Dirac CP violation phase and |V_<13>| can be induced by the radiative correction.
