The history of the globalism that started in the 16th century was marked by the development of several types of leadership styles. The leaders of the monopoly firm keep relation on the historical background without fail. The mainstream of the leadership theory of the 20th century was a theory compounded from the aspect of two axes (work performance axis and human relations axis). Leadership did not exist in a single form but the developed alone axes which gave to priority is a product of the historical background. After the 1990's, the expectation for the middle management layer have grown very much according to changing the organization from hierarchy to the flat system and the net-work system. The focus of the leadership theory moved from the top management layer to the middle management layer against the background of the epoch current. After that, the necessity that each person of all management layer demonstrate leadership has gradually come out. Leadership is not becoming the one of the specialist and employees without rank and file be acquainted with it. This article had installed the following hypotheses. It was "The leader pursuing the advancement creation type of the era appeared one after another on the stage of the learning loop". In this article, I would like to present a new aspect (the third axis) to promote leadership ability. It is the learning process loop. The disputed point in this article is centered on "The Tipping point" and "The Inflection point" of S character curve . In addition, a part of the organizational level is the object of consideration in this article centering on an individual level. It goes without saying that S character curve appears on the individual level, the organizational level, the product level, and the enterprise level.
