後進地域の社会教育(承前) : とくにその施設の構成について

In the former article (1958), the fact-finding about the adult education in the underdeveloped countries in the South-eastern Asia was done. In this further study on adult education, a comparison of the institutions between those countries and other modernized countries was its main subject. This time, the Philippines is marked as the typical area for the study. Then, the reasons why these institutions din't appear there, and also the problem of what shall be done for the modernization of the adult education activities there are surveyed and criticized. As the conclusion of mine, five points are mentioned in this report.
