We here argue about Jonathan Swift and his works especially his famous pamphlet "Modest Proposal". Handling his various kinds of his pamphlets according to the date of publication. We also take up his way of satire by using a figure of speech. What Swift wanted to appeal to people of Ireland was to come to open to the stern realities of their situations, and for the Government of England, petition for reform of the laws, with recognizing why people of Ireland had to sell the dead body of their own children and asking to try to find where its main factor was?
