What kind of method must educators take, when they are going to make students attain extreme excellence in a behavior? The term "behavior" refers to, in this context, not only external physical movements but also internal mental actions. In this paper I try to show a method which breaks down the behavior into its elemental simple behaviors and trains the students in the elemental behaviors repeatedly until they can perform the behaviors without a hitch.
