2-band intermittency in high-dimensional globally coupled tent-map systems is studied, and some features remarkably different from intermittency in low-dimensional systems are uncovered by numerical analysis: the intermittency occurs in wide area in the parameter space, and power-law decay with exponent near (but not exactly) -1 in transition interval distribution is also observed.
