This paper analyzes the capacity of an MF-CDMA cellular communication network based on LEO satellite constellation. Possible co-channel interference is considered based on a comprehensive interference analysis model, which could be the main factor to limit the user capacity. This is because that the frequency resource appears to be quite limited while the satellite power is usually able to satisfy the requirement, moreover, controlling the downlink inter-channel interference is not so difficult. By assuming some crucial parameters combined with the practice of the Globalstar system, the system capacity is estimated in the simulation results.
