This article is concerned with the recent reform of the firm management in Japan. The article may be summarized as follows. The first part of the article, analyze for the systems, revolusion of Income-consumption and innovation of information technology. There are three factors strongly influencing Japanese firm management and firm form: the revolution of high-incom high-comsumption, the innovation of information technology and the systems development in region. The second part of the article, analyze what is self-organization by firm. There are three factors: motorization, spread of region, change from defence type to diffusion type of organization. The third part of the article, analyze for relation of the system and firm management. The human side of sistem is important factor. The human side difer Japan systems and USA systems. The fourth part of the article, capitalist system and market economy has changed and firm management has changed also. The firm of Japan has changed to a expansible structure wherin information systems is developed. Finally, the trends of firm management and systmes of region were summarized.
