There are four themes in this paper. 1. What is a main problem of economy in recent Japan? 2. Relationship of informatinal economy and the source of economic growth. 3. The turning point of 1970'era and the system integration. 4. The system formation in the modern Japan. The first aim of this paper is to clarify of a conception for informational economy. One side, a effect of informational economy is the persuation. Another side, a effect of informational economy is the integration. The persuation and the integration of systems are important factors of R & D and Education. R & D and Education are the souce of economic growth. The system integaration developed rapidly after Nixon & Oil shocks in Japan. There are the group which many corporations are members, the group is accelerater of system integration. The system integration by the group has developed in recent Japan.
