Transfer matrix method can be applied even the one which has complex shaft section and motor casing. Although there is difficulty of grid generation in the finite element method, there is not it as for this method. Constitution element of the transfer matrix method is very simple, and then the vibration model is easy to make. In recent year, the high speed and a very accurate operations are demanded actual rotation machines. A machine must be faithfully model for that reason as much as possible. This report was mentioned vibration analysis result of construction which the motor shaft and frame were coupled vibration system. Transfer matrix method result was compared with the by ANSYS. As a result, the characteristics of natural frequency and vibration mode agreed in enough accuracy.
