In order to operate a rotation machine safely, the vibration analysis with consideration supported part rigidity is important. An actual rotation machine is the characteristics with the diameter and the cross section form of an axis changing with positions, and being complicated form. Moreover, the rotation axis connected with the motor frame in the axial receptacle part, and these rotation machines are attached in the mount. The dynamic rigidity of this axial receptacle part or a support part makes hard analysis of the vibration characteristics of a rotation machine system. Especially the spring rigidity constant of the bolt or an axial receptacle part and the value of a damping coefficient affect the dynamic property. In addition, the nonlinear characteristics that have connected the motor and the load machine, such as gear equipment and rubber coupling equipment, are the important factors, which affect the dynamical characteristics of a rotating machine. This report is the example of analysis of the vibration system with consideration to the supported rigidity of a rotating shaft system, and compares with the validity of the vibration model creation and survey result by ANSYS.
