The spectrum of transient resonance Raman scattering is calculated for a strongly coupled localized electron-lattice system with the use of the cross section formula developed by the auther. The relaxation process of the strongly coupled system after photo-excitation is studied by the method of the cummurant expansion for the correlation between absorption and emission. Two kinds of correlations, which are called the phase and the amplitude correlations, appear if the theory correctly takes account of the uncertainty principle at the absorption process. How these effects contribute to the time-resolved emission spectra is discussed in detail.
