概要

• A new method of synthesising aminorr. onocarboxylic acids by the action between α-halogenoacetoacetic ester and liquid ammonia and by succeeding hydrolysis of the product was found. And alanine, α-aminobutyric acid, valine, norvaline, leucine, norleucine and phenylalanine were synthesised by the method.
