In this paper, the decentralized robust stabilization problem for a class of continuous large-scale systems with time delays is considered. The system uncertainties vary with time. By applying the Riccati equation approach, memoryless local state feed-back controllers which guarantee the asymptotic stability of the above systems are developed. Furthermore, a feedback control law is also established to produce an overall system having a specified decay rate. Finally, numerical examples are given to demonstrate the applicabilities of the obtained results.
