There are counted among the leg harm for support in Hemiplegics Knee Fiexion, Back Knee, Loose Joint, Club-foot, Drop-foot and so on and mainly Long Leg Brace (L.L.B) and Short Leg Brace (S.L.B) have been using as the helping means of gait up to now. But so that the Knee lock system of L.L.B. has the problem in gain, according to circumstances. S.L.B. method of knee control comes to the secondary harm by the lack of helping for smooth walking. Therefore I developed the new system of Double Klenzak Knee Joint system L.L.B.to cover the faults of knee lock system L.L.B and S.L.B, but on the case of the supporting power of leg goes down considerably, the Dorsi-Flexion of Ankle Joint becomes immoderate too, for that reason. the supporting power of leg goes down without correct control of Dorsi-Flexion, if lengthen the Thigh upright bar or Control the Knee Flexion and compensate by the Knee Pad. I call these phenomena Ankle Flexion. And I manufactured the Dynamic Long Leg Brace for trial to resolve this problem. After the clinical studies of one hundred cases using the Dynamic Long Leg Brace, I have got some results concerning the adaptation and controling method of Dynamic Long Leg Brace mobile thigh cuff and its position, position of knee Joint, back patella pad, leg cuff with back patella pad and the sole of a shoe (for indoor). This is the report about these problems above.
