Comparing the physiological data of man and paramecia, we have found that both of them possess three thermal adaptation times; the continued ratio of the three adaptation times and the generation time of man is nearly equal to the continued ratio of the four times of paramecia. The four characteristic times are scaled to the body weight with the same exponent of 0.28 from bacteria to mammals. This scaling law indicates that the well-known synchronism of times in mammals is extended also to many other organisms.
