Ionic thermocurrent spectrum is characterized by the maximum depolarization current (I_M), the temperature T_M at which I_M appears and the linear heating rate. Relaxation time τ_M at T_M is found to be fixed for a particular crystalline structure when data corresponding to a specific type of dopant recorded at the same heating rate are considered. τ_M has been found to decrease with the increase in the heating rate. Also, τ_M for a particular crystalline structure change when a different type of dopant is introduced in the lattice
