A marked concentration dependence of the shape of loss-permittivity-vs-frequency curve for water mixtures with poly (ethylene glycol) and glucose is explained by a theory which assumes a distribution of free volume and relaxation time which is described by the Doolittle equation. This result demonstrates that the theory successfully used to explain temperature dependence of the shape of loss curve can be applied to the case of its concentration dependence as well.
