• We prepared lead phthalocyanine (PbPc) films by conventional vacuum evaporation, and observed inversion of the rectifying property of the Al/PbPc/Au structure in air and vacuum for the first time. The inversion of the rectifying property is a unique behavior of the Al/PbPc/Au junction using the amorphous PbPc film.
