概要

Foliar application of NaCl to sodium-deficient Panicum coloratum stimulated photosynthesis, as did application via roots. Effects of sodium on photosynthetic responses to internal concentrations of CO_2 under different light intensities and initial products of ^<14>CO_2 fixation suggested that CO_2 fixation and amination of oxalacetate were limited by sodium deficiency.
