This research explores Architecture as a local profession in the age of global communications. In particular, the factors associated with the overall standard of the profession as design and education using Artificial Intelligence to create new routes for international contributors. Our research focuses on existing creativity theory and goes to redefine it through building a theoretical model. We introduce BioArchitect as a method for tackling architectural design. BioArchitect works by applying Interactive Evolutionary Computation operations to the two dimensional architectural plans phase of design. In this paper, we propose BioArchitect to be one of the most important applications ever for BioMorph concept proposed by Richard Dawkins in 1985. The new design tool will speed up design process and enhance Architectural design quality with an enormous amount of unpredictable design ideas. Furthermore, our research lays the foundation of new architecture that is prepared to handle future challenges. The new architecture is divided into symmetric and non-symmetric architecture. Finally, we describe a comprehensive experiment with a total of 12 volunteer Architects participating. A task of designing university library building was given to the participants as a cognitive performance measurement tool, capable of accurately positioning participant performance using "BioArchitect".
