The concept of PRCM (Photorefractive Connection Module) that uses four wave mixing (FWM) with cross polarized pump beams in photorefractive crystals has been proposed (see Fig. 1). PRCM has a potential to amplify an original signal beam to THR port, as well as generate the highly efficient output beam. By connecting the PRCM in succession, it is applicable to optical bus systems. In this report, we analyze the condition suitable for the cascade connection of PRCM.
