In this report, a novel approach for calculating the antenna input impedance by using the wavelet transform is demonstrated. In this approach, the wavelet transform is applied to the pulse incident voltage and responded current distribution in time domain, which results in the corresponding current distribution in the frequency domain. As a result, the antenna input impedances for broadband frequencies are obtained simultaneously in this approach.
