In this paper, an active integrated antenna consisting of a parallel feedback FET oscillator and a patch antenna is reported. In this case, the patch antenna as a resonator was incorporated into oscillator feedback loop to enhance stability of an operation frequency, namely for the high Q status. Two slot apertures were embedded in the bottom of the patch resonator and electromagnetically coupled with microstrip feed lines. An observed spectrum and an antenna pattern were also shown and discussed in the text.
