In this paper, we present the new image interpolation methodology for video telop and image crack or other kind of pixel lacks. The landscape image and texture pattern have behaves autocorrelation because of its fractality. We noticed above image behaves and designed to express autocorrelation by the eigen vector. This eigen vector is specialized for each image and it conceivable as the image description rule. To realize the image interpolation, we used the back projection method on the eigen space called BPLP.
