Recently it has been pointed out that cognition is very important in behavior therapy. In biofeedback therapy, we think the patients enhance their self-efficacy if they can change their physiological reactions with biofeedback equipment. Therefore we investigated the relationship between biofeedback therapy, self-efficacy that were evaluated using GSES by themselves, and clinical symptoms among the patients. In the results, the subjective symptoms (clinical symptom's) were improved simultaneously to get better the score of GSES, and the subjective symptoms were no change simultaneously to be worse the GSES score. Since these results, the self-efficacy was related to clinical symptoms in the biofeedback therapy.
