There are many systemic treatments generally known in psychosomatic medicine. In this work, we explained some of them known as systemic treatments and generally used in Japan. They have Chinese herbs, Morita therapy, Naikan therapy, acupuncture and moxa coterie, Yoga, Zen therapy, and Qi-gong therapy. Every treatment above described can take a position as one of treatments in psychosomatic medicine. 'They can not only be used as treatments of psychosomatic disease, but also have preventive roles in stressful present society.
