I have obtained 45 strains of tubercle bacilli from the cases of tuberculosis of the urological system and studied in especial references to the types of the bacilli. The following are the resume of what had been studied: (1) All the 45 strains had pathogenicity against the guinea-pigs. (2) The bovine type of the tubercle bacilli, which had been obtained from cattle had a strong pathogenicity against the rabbits. (3) The "Suzuki C Strain" which is one of the 45 strains I obtained, had a strong pathogenicity against the guinea pigs and the rabbits, because a very small amount of this strain of the tubercle bacilli should be injected into the auricular vein of the rabbit (1/10-1/100mg.) acute general miliary tuberculosis is produced and after a certain days(21-35days) the animal will succumb. By this fact, it was seen that the tubercle bacillus agreed with the bovine type of tubercle bacilli.
