Structures of a spin vortex i.e., a circular distributuion of the magnetization in ultra-thin ferromagnetic films are studied by micromagnetics analysis. The size and the magnetization of a spin vortex are given by the exchange stiffness constant, anisotropy constant and magnetization of the films. The structural changes and the magnetic hysteresis loop in the perpendicular magnetization process are also calculated.
