A time codes decorder has been developed as an automatic indicator for time and date information, which consists of three main diruits made of standard logic ICs. Functions of these circuits are mentioned as follows : adetector for acquiring second and minute markers in Japanese Standard Time from LF broadcast signals, a converter of time code expressions from pulse width to pulse height level, and a distributor of time data in "Minute", "hour" and "Day", for latching according to assigned time slots. This decorder displays figures of time and data on seven segments indicators about two minutes after turning on the power switch. The time is shown in Japanese Standard Time, and the day is shown by "Day-Number", not by month and day in calendar. On the other hand, however, this decorder has a few unsatisfactory operations that renewal of time data indication does not occur all together with the change of data and hour, and no data are given daring the period when the channel is occupied by other communication.
