• We have developed a series of sports watch "CASIO Alti-Depth Meter" which is equipped with three measuring functions, altimeter, barometer, and depthmeter, for the first time in the world. Development of very small-sized ( 7.4φ,2.85t) semi-conductor pressure sensor circuits (driver, amplifier, A/D converter, etc) has made us to produce this series successfuly. Items described in this paper are as follows: (1) method of measuring altitude, (2) structure and characteristics of the pressure sensor, and (3) structures and characteristics of the pressure sensor circuits in LSI.
