Echo pulsation from the depth of tumor itself has been shown particular pattern as well as intracerebral impedance plethsmogram according to each case.It seeme to us that Echo pulsation from tumors and tissure surround tumor is a valuable method for investigating pathological tissue property and reional cerebeal circulation. The exact orgin and true nature of echo pulsation sis still poorly knwn, but it is clearly evident that it reflects pulsatile blood folw and tissue echo elasticity.
