The purpose of this paper is to present a new, possibly preferable method for cavernous sinus and orbital venography, by retrograde catheterization from arm. With this procedure, good opacification of cavernous sinus may be offered also in patients who heart diseases. This procedure can be tolerated with minimal discomfort. The patterns of the cavernous sinus are demonstrated in those with intracranial diseases. There have been no complications in our initial experience of 28 examinations.
