Magnetic Resonance Imaging of Non-specific Inflammatory Granulation Involving the Skull Base : Two Case Reports

概要

• 論文の詳細を見る

• 頭蓋底の骨髄内に発生した比較的稀な非特異的慢性炎症性肉芽腫の2症例を経験し、その病理所見とMRI所見とを比較検討したので報告した。症例1の経過は短く、病変はMRIのT2強調画像で等信号を示し、比較的軽度の繊維性組織の中に多数の炎症性細胞の浸潤を認める病理所見であった。一方、症例2の経過は長く、病変はMRIのT2強調画像で低信号を示し、組織は繊維芽細胞が多数認めらる中に軽度の細胞浸潤を認めるのみであった。肉芽腫内の繊維成分の増加がT2強調画像での低信号化の原因と考えられた。よって肉芽腫の場合、臨床経過に従いMRIの信号強度が多様になることを念頭に置き、他の悪性腫瘍を鑑別する必要があると思われた。
