Measurements have been made of the thermal conductivitv and the electricauresnstivit>r of the sinnlet-xround-state comrounds of praseodymium, rrcu, anaPrlns, at temr>eratures between 1 .5 axad l 5 K. The results on PrCuo clearly showedthe effect of cr>'stal-field srlittinn of the 4f level of Pr ton. Bv comr>arinz themeasured thermal conductivitv with theorv, information of the crystal-field levelscheme is obtained. In Prlns the effect is nesJi:iblv small below 1 5 K in agreementwith known level scheme.
