ヒト胎盤におけるcyclic AMP dependent protein kinaseについての知見は乏しい.そこで我々は,ヒト胎盤絨毛組織におけるcyclic AMP dependent protein kinaseについて,その存在の確認およびその科学的諸性質の究明,さらに妊娠各期における活性を測定したので報告する.妊娠各期のヒト胎盤絨毛組織を用い,A. Kumon et al.の方法に準じPreparationを行い,反応系はH. Yamamura et al.の方法に準じ,比活性値をp moles ATP/mg protein/minuteであらわした.本酵素の化学的諸性質のうち,pH Optimunは7.5一8.5,最大比活性を示すMgイオン濃度は5mM,ATPに対するKmは4.94μMであつた.次に妊娠各期におけるヒト胎盤絨毛組織のcyclic AMP dependent protein kinase比活性値はfirst,secondおよびthird trimesterでおのおの44.67±5.29,45.24±9.13および34.19±4.95であつた.以上の事より,ヒト胎盤絨毛組織にもcyclic AMP dependent protein kinaseが存在することを初めて確認し,その化学的性質を明らかにし得た.その比活性値はfirstおよびsecond gestational trimesterと比較してthird gestational trimesterに有意の低値を示した(t<0.001).
