DNA ANALYSIS CERVICAL AND VAGINAL CANCER CELLS DURING RADIOTHERAPY BY RAPID HIGH-RESOLUTION CYTOMETRY

放射線療法を施行した子宮頚癌および腔癌症例14例より放射線照射中に病巣より経日的に細胞を採取し computer連動画像解析装置 (micro-TICAS)にて, 癌細胞の解析を行なつた. 1. 放射線線量の増加に伴い癌細胞の Total Nuclear Extinction (T.E.), Nuclear area (N.A.), 5N-exceeding rate (5NER)は増加した. 2. good response caseでは, 1,000rad照射時に著明な N.A., 5NERの上昇がみられ, 3,000rad照射時にはsmear中の癌細胞は消失した. 3. moderate response caseでは3,000 rad照射時に5NERが100となり, その後smear中の癌細胞は消失した. 4. 3,000rad照射時に5NERが100以下であつたpoor response caseでは, 5NER index と Nuclear Area indexが低い症例ほど放射性抵抗癌が早期に再燃する傾向がみられた.
