Using the Monte Carlo simulation technique, the correlated diffusion throughtetrahedrally coordinated 12(d) sites in the bcc lattice is studied in the framework ofthe lattice gas model, where the particles interact with the nearest-neighbor repulsionand diffuse via particle-vacancy exchange. The tracer correlation factor, the chargecorrelation factor, and the Haven ratio are obtained as a function of the particle con-centration and the temperature. The particle concentration dependence of the Havenratio is qualitatively consistent with that of the experimental and molecular dynamicsstudies of cv-Agl type superionic conductors.
