Theoretical study on the Ton-hopping condtrction of' an ionic condtnctor thin film sandwichedwith insvmlators is carried ottt in tertaas of' the interacting lattice gas tauodel. The defect-inducedphase transition is prouauoted dtme to plenty of defects existirtg in the interface region, gix'ing riseto the ztaaxinauuaa ionic condtrctivity rnear there, wlaer'e it is the front of the order-disorder phasetransition. This phase transition strggests that 21 sandxviched strperionic condtrctor thin filttu canbe realized at teunperattrre far below the bttlk sttjcerionic transition tenaperattrre.
